Glory of Sri Sathya Sai in Africa by Kishin Khubchandani

A modest looking book with a mighty theme - Sai Initiatives in Africa, inspired by Sathya Sai Baba's visit there in 1968.
Intimate eyewitness accounts allow us to follow Baba around on that historical visit.
The book is rich in articles by very experienced devotees: Prof. Kasturi, Swami's biographer, Victor and Genevieve Kanu, who started Sathya Sai Education in Africa, a Ugandan Minister of State for Water, a senior advisor to the UN and so on. There are excellent sections giving insights into traditional African Spiritual beliefs and quotes from the Bible and the Quran relating to the Five Values.
Very inspiring and informative reading.

CD - Baba teaches Shiva Panchakshari

Live recording of Shiva Panchakshari Manthra taught to the devotees by Bhagavan on the occasion of Maha Shivarahri 2004
“Namah Shivaya” is one of the most popular manthras that aids in concentration and meditation. It is traditionally known as the ‘Panchakshari Manthra’ or the five-lettered prayer invoking Lord Shiva who bestows auspiciousness. In this manthra, ‘Ma” is the beejakshara or seed-letter that makes the manthra meaningful and potent. It is well known that Sage Vasishta in the Tretha Yuga coined the great name of Rama by drawing the letter ‘ma’ from this manthra. When ‘Namah Shivaya’ with the Prefix ‘Aum’, the Pranava (primordial) sound, is repeatedly intoned with devotion, its sound is absorbed into the breathing process cleansing the body, mind and heart. Price: £5.00
